Properties
All nine units, which are presented below with floor plans and prices, are available for purchase or rent. The studio and office spaces can be additionally purchased or rented together with the respective terraced houses on a flexible basis.
The studios/commercial spaces may also be rented or sold to external parties; however, priority is given to buyers of the Factory Houses.
Parking spaces are not included in the purchase price. They are available for CHF 20,000 (outdoor parking space) or CHF 35,000 (covered parking space).
The rental prices are net rents, i.e. excluding additional service charges and utilities.
The Factory Houses, which extend over a total of four floors, are equipped with a goods elevator.
